Facilitated daily training via phone and e-mail on processes to personnel located at 65 Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps Units across the country. -Performed regular reviews of open material orders, accounts payable and reconciliation of multi-million dollar education service agreements for government conformity and payment in FASTDATA. -Instrumental as functional helpdesk providing timely guidance on documents and contracts creation, receipt processing, inventory control and uniform issue. -Traveled extensively in support of the command’s mission providing pre inspections and training. -Developed training manual and conducted quarterly FASTATA training in a centralized location to newly assigned personnel.

Formulated and executed streamlined operating procedures for a severely mismanaged logistics support operation, resulting in complete turn-around of reputation and new business development. -Managed and maintained in FASTDATA assets valued at over $1.2 Million and an annual operating budget of $2.3 Million. -Achieved 100% accounting and inventory accuracy through aggressive reconciliation of a 2800 line item inventory comprised of clothing, educational materials and textbooks, and minor property. -Outfitted 125 midshipmen (students on NROTCU scholarships) for 6 week summer program x 3 summers; outfitted 4 incoming freshman classes with winter and summer uniforms. -Participated in two summer training programs as the Logistics Support Officer involving over 500 midshipmen and 20 staff members providing day-to-day logistics, berthing and transportation. -Coordinated training of over 500 midshipmen with U.S. Navy surface, submarine and aviation, and U.S. Marine Corps activities.
