• In-charge of processing equipment, facilities and utilities qualification for tablet , syrup and cream plant • Responsible for developing moderate complex protocols using a risk-based approach that meets current regulatory requirements and industry practices. • Presents the validation approach and protocol results to peers, management as required. • Execute Qualification activities with support from cross functional team • Reviews and interprets data for completed qualification/re-qualification • Provides technical input to qualification deviations. • Preparation pre and post execution qualification documents • Identifies qualification requirements to ensure the qualified state is maintained. • Ensure qualification plan is executed accordingly (as per Validation Master Plan) • To support other validation activities whenever required • To promote continuous improvement of the Quality Management System • Providing support and advice during cross functional investigations / projects and as required • To provide direct support during audits if needed • To conduct self-inspections and external audits as appropriate • To provide training in all aspects of Quality Management Systems and GMP including procedural updates • Preparation of SOP • Co-ordinating with other departments

 Involve in the project of Safe Biodegradable Packaging (SafeBioPack) under Newton-Ungku Omar (NUOF) fund.  Do research and testing on mechanical, chemical and biological pulping systems, fibre characterizations and properties (including physical, morphological, chemical and mechanical), chemical modifications of fibre, additives, enhancing paper properties, pulp and paper products from non-wood resources, developments of specialty paper products.  Provide ready access materials to all experimental data for the faculty researcher.  Request or acquire equipment or supplies necessary for the project.  Supervise undergraduate students working on the research project.  Attend area seminars and conference  Committee member of conference and workshop  Prepare, present and publish Scopus journal
