Business Development for Adult Nutritions (Diabetasol, Benecol and Entrasol) - As project leader for NPD, Revit and Rejuv projects, and ensures that each stage runs according to the timeline. - Together with the marketing team, RND develops new or improved product concepts according to market conditions and market research. - Collaborate with various teams (product development, marketing, sensory etc) to conduct new formula or new packing design panels and evaluate the results. - Analyze potential opportunities based on current market condition and trend.

OJT stage 1 (June- october 2022) Modern Trade devision - studying about flow business at modern trade from listing product until product to end consumer. - optimizing manpower and store activity to increase selling out and decrease return (2%). - colaboration with other department to create activity at store. OJT stage 2 (Dec 2022- April 2023) Brand Zee - Brand management(4P, PK, distribution etc) - contribute to create demand activity at school (580 schools throughout indonesia) - handling sample and properties for activity needs. - makesure all activities according to plan (posm, education, sampling and competitios) - develop posm as a educational property. - participate at new product launches
