Working as Portfolio Manager – IT Applications and Architecture Partner with departmental heads/key-users in order to ensure various organizational initiatives have the requisite IT support. Involved in planning, monitoring and controlling the project and to evaluate user need and business functionality from requirements perspective at high level. • Preparing project reports having metrics data such as baseline, actual values for costs, schedule, work in progress and work completed. Communicate the project progress and other project specific information to stakeholders during the weekly status meeting. • To ensure quality objectives are meet and the smooth delivery is done to UAT team. • Managing crisis situations, this may involve complex road block in project with respect to scope changes, technical hurdles and deployment of software. • Resourcing of people for the project. • Team Management and Interactions.

Involved in project management entailing project initiation, planning, costing, executing, controlling and reporting to the senior management. • Communicating with business users to collate requirement specifications and delivering & implementing the project as per assigned time and budgetary parameters. • Involved in monitoring development, patch management, risk assessment and mitigation, system maintenance and providing technical guidance / support to the project team and users.

Responsible for analyzing & mapping user requirements with the operational systems and making enhancements in the existing application setup. • Involved in scheduling and maintaining batch processes including development, support and administration of DTSA (Data Transformation Services). Achievement: Received Certificate of Appreciation for contribution towards mySAP ERP implementation in the organization.

Involved in analyzing client's requirements, designing database and developing & testing the application for banks, stock market, insurance companies and co-operative societies. • Responsible for deploying the client end application, implementing approved changes as per Change Management Plan and developing final project report.
