• Support in leading the HR Process review, optimization and implementation as per the SOPs on ARIS and develop workable plans and clear processes • Responsible for the custodianship for all the HR SOPs via the super administrator role for ARIS, in addition to, providing HR system generated management reports • Ensure new/updated processes follow the right approval path, and are published after approval • Ensure RACI is up-to-date as per each SOP, and provide HRD with non-compliance reports • Deliver training to HR staff on ARIS in order to achieve the required level of competence in HR process execution • Work closely with HRIS, ERP to digitize various HR modules, including workflow applications • Support in the communication of the new digitized HR process and roll out of implementation plans • Provide logistical support for conducting the HRC meeting (e.g. agenda preparation and communication, follow-up on action plan, etc.) • Prepare reports and presentations and processes data for the HRD as needed • Perform electronic and physical archiving of confidential documents as per company policy
