I work as a Procurement & Sales Coordinator supporting PPE and safety material requirements. My role focuses on RFQ management, supplier coordination, quotation preparation, and order support to ensure timely and compliant material supply to project sites. I support the evaluation of approved suppliers, price comparison, margin application, and final offer preparation, while coordinating deliveries and maintaining records of RFQs, quotations, and supplier communications. I also handle client RFQs by reviewing technical and commercial requirements, preparing accurate quotations, and coordinating follow-ups, meetings, and registration processes. I work closely with internal teams and suppliers to source materials. Through this role, I contribute to efficient sourcing, cost control, and reliable supplier engagement within fast-paced project environments across KSA.
