Highly motivated , Team oriented Instrumentation Engineer with over 5+ years of experience in Process control Instrumentation & Valves and instrumentation fittings. Previously worked as Production Engineer for Instruments like Pressure Gauge, Temperature Gauge, Level Gauge and Expertise in Diaphragm Seal Calibration integrated with Transmitter and Also grown up Learning Team Building, Project Execution, Operations. Currently Working as an Sr Sales and Proposal Engineer with Autocontrol Process Instrumentation and deals with various Global clients in oil and gas, pharma, chemical industries for their requirements. Some of my Roles and Responsibilities are listed Below 1) Study of tender document, Review of the bid documents, Technical specifications of EPC Tender, documents survey reports , scope of work and preparation of proposal for bid / quote., 2) Responsible for development of Vendor, Supplier, Sub-contractor. 3) Review, correction and approval of vendor/manufacturer deliverable 4) Co-ordination with Client for project related documentation like P&ID, Instrument layouts, Instrument index, Loop diagram, Hook-up diagram, Safe-charts, I/O lists, Datasheets, Cable schedule etc. 5)Project management including Project Planning, preparation of purchase specifications, Material inspection, Procurement, Material & Manpower handling, Document control, Installation and Commissioning of Project. Handling meeting with clients. 6) Co-ordination with execution, finance and purchase team for giving them assistance and continuous monitoring of the MIS, ROCE, Taxation, Insurance etc. 7) Prepared final BOM as per PO including free issues material 8)Techno commercial offer preparation for various type of instruments like Pressure Gauges, Diaphragm Seals, Level Gauges, Orifice flange assembly, RTD, Thermocouple, Temperature Gauges, Thermowell and other instruments accessories. 9) Perform Wake Frequency Calculation (WFC) for Thermowell and Sizing calculation for Orifice Plate as per Process parameters in CONVAL 10 software. 10) Arrange/Attend meetings with client/vendor/internal to resolve the Technical Points 11) Track the Project progress Daily/Weekly/Monthly and raise the invoice/billing to client. 12) Co-ordinate with purchase and logistic dept for timely procure and deliver the material at site. 13) Prepared project closure report, profit & loss statement of the project.
