Handling full export shipments including documentation and post docuentation. Dealing with customers to ensure reaching of the shipment as per arrival request date. To mark up the inventory of stuffing materials, to deal woth vendors for supply of stuffing materials. To deal with broker for proper clearance in the provided deadline. Dealing woth shipping lines and forwarders for the chepest freight to minime the cost of the export untill the possible limit. To maintain the team for completion of the provided tasks and to provide tasks to the team. Taking care of special shipments of LC and shipments which has bank involved in it.

Handling all export and import shipments via sea of speacialized Iso Tanks. Preparing the new bookings as per the customer guidiline to match the arrival date as per the purchase order. Dealing with shipping lines, transporters and brokers to complete the shipment clearance at the earliest possible limit. Selection of the shipping line containing the cheapest freiht to minimize the freight cost untill the possible limit. To deal with customers with the free days and form of requested BL. Creating the invoice and following up for the payment. To handle all the import shipments by making sure all the invemtory of equipments are up to the mark, dealing with tank operators by providing them eith the clarity of import and export of their equipment. To provide forecast to the tank operators for all months. To provide export and import summary to the management with an adequate information for the respective months.

Handling import shipments. Providing samples for speacialize laminate to the respective customer. Preparation of the Quote for respective laminates. Assisting the sales team with the pricing. Dealing with customers and transporters for delivery of laminates as per the requested arrival time. To solve the queries of the customer with the specifications of the laminates. To ensure all certificates of yhe lamites are up to date.
