I've spent nearly two decades inside trading and distribution businesses — across automotive, tires, and industrial sectors — in roles that have deliberately crossed functions. Finance, supply chain, strategy, operations, and systems. Not by accident, but because that's where the real work is. What I've learned is simple but consistently overlooked: Business performance doesn't live inside functions. It lives in how they connect. I work at that intersection — building the systems, structures, and decision-making frameworks that allow businesses to move from reactive to intentional. Better inventory decisions. Cleaner working capital. Aligned teams. Predictable outcomes. Whether leading internally or working with businesses externally, my focus is always the same — find where the gaps are, fix the system behind them, and build something that holds.
