I bridge the gap between healthcare and tech.I began my career in Global Health at the Health Standards Organization, where I developed international safety practices by collaborating with patients, physicians, and administrators. Acting as the "middleman" between these stakeholders and the engineering teams, I realised a big disconnect: healthcare professionals and engineers often speak different languages.I decided I wanted to speak both.So, I moved across the world to pursue a degree in Biomedical Engineering at ESPCI Paris. I’ve since immersed myself in the "behind the scenes" work of engineers. I learned about applying AI in healthcare, advanced neurosciences, and entrepreneurship in MedTech. Currently, I am taking this "bridge" mindset into TheraSonic, a startup revolutionising medication delivery to the brain via focused ultrasound (fUS). As the system prepares for human clinical trials, I am focused on the critical transition from prototype to clinical reality:* Safety & Ergonomics: Collecting user needs from clinicians and patients across France, EMEA, and North America to ensure the device is safe and intuitive.* Clinical Workflow: Participating in feasibility studies (POC) to improve the clinical workflow, ensuring treatments are both high-performing and safe for the patient.* Bridging the Lab and the Clinic: Analyzing POC results to refine the final prototype based on real-world clinical requirements.My goal is to ensure that even the most complex technological innovations remain human-centered and safety-first.I’m always looking to connect with fellow "bridges" in the MedTech and Digital Health space.
