Together, we help empower and digitise the experience of non-executive job search. My responsibility was to ensure day to day general sales, marketing and front end finance operations are compliant, optimised where possible and deliverable to a standard. Other remits include facilitation and events, supporting our product & tech with insights, data, and most importantly, attending our customers needs carefully in optimal time. Design & Technology talent acquisition

Projects: - Content mgmt and UAT (AEM) for a Singapore academic institution's portal relaunch. - In collaboration with AGL Singapore. Led by the agency owner as the strategic director, we worked as a 3 woman strong team to enable user journey design, product development and testing for a known commercial and retail properties brand for their visitor management cum merchant services mobile application and back end systems interface upgrade. Aside from facilitation, design and consulting, I collaborate with agencies and startups, filling the gaps of services and operations, as well as advisory support for creative and career pivoting individuals. Our offline managed services supports companies with limited resources from Singapore and China to test, validate and scale up via an on-ground network of producers and project managers. A cross-border joint venture between Singapore Press Holdings (SPH) and China's unicorn, ZBJ Network Inc, ZBJ-SPH Pte Ltd is held as one of the commercial pacts under the Chongqing Connectivity Initiative which is Singapore-China’s 3rd government-to-government project.
