1. Perform sourcing for new suppliers and conduct factory evaluation. 2. Initiate RFQ to factory, review factory quotation, conduct cost analysis and price negotiation with suppliers. 3. Complete formal quotation and proposal for customers. 4. Take the lead and work with quality assurance engineer to manage the entire product line for assigned clients including the sourcing, quoting, sampling, scheduling and new product development as well as the production and on-time shipping of existing products. 5. Coordinate all shipping arrangements including cargo space booking, inspection arrangements, container loading and shipping documents preparations, etc.

1. Make the new product development & production timeline, confirm lead time of material preparation, tooling completion, FA & PPAP approval and production. 2. Lead the whole project management, including design review, translation of process flow diagram &control plan, timeline tracking, FA&PPAP approval and shipment, etc. 3. Communicate with customers effectively, maintain and develop long-time relationship with customers, deal with customer reception, factory visit and business negotiation.

1. Managed all aspects of backlog, deal with issue from NPI to MP stage.When business award, will arrange the new project application of some related information, then make materials preparation once design lock down. 2. Leading to hold production meeting with all major Dept.Confirm the sample schedule with customers and arrange shipment. Monitor on-time shipping performance data for customers and feedback requirement by customers. 3. Be familiar with process flow of touch module and the mode of factory. Ensure all projects go smoothly.
