1. Overall responsibility for viral, cellular and other technology platforms, establishing and managing multifunctional platforms for virus production, purification ,cell culture and virus platform. 2. Apply scientific knowledge and expertise to lead the development of experiments and projects related to virus production purification and virus safety evaluation and testing. 3. Lead exploring and development of proprietary viral vector platform regarding to gene therapy.Provide technical leadership within the team on vector biology, construction, process development and manufacturing. 4. Monitor and evaluate virus-related field to screen and validate the vectors from safety and efficacy perspective. 5. Familiar with GMP quality management system, production preparation, in-depth understanding of R & D and production of viral-based technology ; 6. Manages testing projects using cellular, mycoplasma-related, culture-based, molecular, immunological, affinity, chromatographic or other techniques. Vast experience with viral risk assessments, viral safety tests and control strategies. 7. Supervises and manages lab procedures according to and in compliance with good scientific principle and/or GLP, cGMP, FDA guidelines and SOPs. 8. continuously develop and optimize methods for virus production and purification at scale. 9. Perform method validation in accordance with ICHQ2A and Pharmacopoeia requirements on analytical methods; develop and validate virus-related assays, form SOPs, and provide training to relevant teams or partners. 10. Responsible for cell and virus related team building, supervising, managing and supporting team scientists to achieve their goals and develop their capabilities. 11.Participate in planning BD strategy and coordinate with internal and external collaborators. 12.Regularly research and explore new targets, track progress in related fields, participate in the evaluation of the company's incubation system, and promote the development of the company's incubation platform.

1. Responsible for the early R&D and preclinical research of new gut microbial drug R&D projects, including but not limited to project establishment, strain discovery and cultivation, functional screening and validation, drug-forming mechanism analysis, efficacy and safety analysis and other related work. 2. Independently plan, organize, perform and document scientific experiments; Lead a group of junior scientists on gut microbiota related projects 3. Documentation of raw data, evaluate and interpret results; propose and actively support the design of next experiments. Review and verify raw data generated by others; 4. Write protocols, scientific reports or lab procedures based on templates or SOPs; 5. Develop new methods or optimize existing methods/processes; 6. Management and Construction of BSL-3 and National high-level Biosafety Level Laboratory;
