Responsibilities include driving technical and product vision, managing roadmap and resources, and overseeing execution. - Developed scalable AI/ML systems leveraging large-scale data pipelines to power personalization, cross-media optimization, and inventory recommendation at scale. - Led a multi-year modernization roadmap to establish a high-performance, scalable platform supporting rapid customer and traffic growth and enabling 20+ teams to enhance and scale the system. - Streamlined and unified the developer experience through shared infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, integration frameworks, accelerating delivery while reducing operational overhead for feature teams.

Responsibilities include Bing Ad Serving API, Ad Request & Response Augmentations, Campaign Budgets, Impression & Click Logging, Rich Ad Formats, Social Integration, Online Experimentation, Runtime Fraud, Service Monitoring & Alerting.

Led the Mobile Platform development team. My team owned the Mobile Ads Delivery and Integration for major service providers. Responsibilities included Mobile Ad Service API, Request/Response Augmentations, Demographic & Behavior Targeting, Exchange Network Integration, Location Detection, Handset & Carrier Data Ingestion, Data Logging and Reporting. Built the dev team from scratch and managed offshore teams in Dublin, Paris and Beijing. Partnered with innovation groups on joint development projects like mobile coupons and user intent recognition.

Built and led the Reporting Services development team since the incubation phase of the product. Drove key technical and engineering decisions to achieve performance and scalability goals for handling massive enterprise data reporting needs. Responsible for the Reporting Definition Language (RDL), the core data processing engine, charting and rendering systems, and the extensible data ingestion API. Shipped v1-v2 and 2008 release of Reporting Services with high quality and rich functionality on extremely aggressive schedules.
