* Audit for all offices in the US and Canada to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. * Review 80-100 candidate records daily * Check candidate records for accuracy and completeness

* Audit 20 district offices located in Ohio, Kentucky, Alabama and Arkansas to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures * Review 50 candidate files daily checking for discriminatory language * Check candidates references for accuracy and completeness

* Provide administrative support to staffing managers * Function as point of contact for all inbound calls while acting as primary support person for 4-8 sales representatives * Maintain a variety of databases

Coordinate the ordering of office supplies and processing of expense reports, processing internal staff payroll forms, etc. Responsible for training new office support staff, including receptionist and Sales Support administrator. Primary support person for 5 Sales Professionals. Taking candidate calls, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, sending letters acknowledging application/interview, entering candidate and company information into and running sales reports from our company’s database, and ordering business cards and marketing material, etc. Provide primary support to the Branch Manager and District Office. This includes processing all expense reports, A/P and internal staff payroll forms. Act as the point of contact for the Regional Manager, Branch Manager, District Administrative Coordinators, and District Operations Specialist.
