With a strong grasp on Controller Area Network (CAN) protocols and Linux, the focus has been on streamlining electrical problem analysis and system troubleshooting. - Responsible for making daily reports based on statistics for finding causes of failures and initiating actions to resolve them. - Responsible for troubleshooting, software modifications, and parameters changes in different systems linked with UTS such as Roller/Dynamometer Testing and Wheel Alignment Machine. - Responsible for changes in programming affected due to changes in the existing vehicle models as well as launching of new vehicle models. - Working with a pilot-hall team from VW Germany to troubleshoot and solve problem related with Rework Electrical by using wiring circuit diagrams and diagnostic tools. - Implementing continuous improvements in the diagnostic test across Assembly in order to increase direct OK improve quality and reduce tact time. - Analysis of coding and programming data in cases of functional failures for the timely prevention and control of failures. - Responsible for ECN Change Management to evaluate cost related for Electrics and Electronics.
