Power press tool calculation & design. Cost deduction in design and development of products and moulds. Review of mould designs and its feasibility. Responsible for new Mould Design & Tooling Development (Outsourcing). Review of Mould Flow Analysis submitted by Mould makers. Review & approval of mould designs submitted by mould makers. Data handling management. Making proto of product by 3D printer. Inspection of mold matching and working of all sliders and cores during assemble of mold. Attending trial and trouble shoot the issues during mold trial. Documentation for trial and mold correction.
