• Event Planning - Collaborating with clients or internal teams to understand event objectives. • Brainstorming and developing event concepts and themes. • Budgeting for the event, including estimating costs and handling financials. • Supplier & Logistics Coordination – Coordinates with various suppliers such as food carts, performers, photographers and videographers, venues and other suppliers needed for the party. • On-Site Event Management - Coordinating all aspects of the event on the day (guestlist, hosts/performers) • Post-Event Activities - Managing invoices and payments for all suppliers

• Channel Strategy Development - Developing and implementing strategies to grow sales through various channels (distributors, resellers, partners, etc.), Creating a plan to support channel partners and drive business growth. • Sales Support & Training - Providing sales training and product knowledge to channel partners to ensure they can effectively sell the company’s products or services. • Performance Monitoring - Monitoring the sales performance of channel partners to ensure targets are met, setting sales targets for each channel partner and helping them achieve those goals.
