My Roles & Resposibilities → 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗢𝗻𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴: Overseeing the recruitment process from job postings to candidate screening, interviews, and seamless onboarding. → 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Serving as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture. → 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Supporting the development and execution of performance evaluation systems, assisting both managers and employees. → 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Identifying training needs and organizing employee development initiatives to foster continuous learning. → 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀: Ensuring adherence to company policies and employment laws, while regularly updating HR policies. → 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀: Managing payroll, employee benefits, and addressing compensation-related inquiries. → 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: Maintaining accurate employee data, ensuring privacy, and generating necessary reports. → 𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹 & 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: Staying updated on labor laws and ensuring the organization meets legal requirements. → 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 & 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀: Supporting diversity and inclusion efforts and initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational culture. → 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 & 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆: Assisting in the creation and implementation of health and safety programs to ensure a secure workplace.
