v-shesh is an impact enterprise that prepares students and job seekers for suitable opportunities and assists employers in access and inclusion of talent pools in non-metros and People-with Disabilities (PwD). During the course of my work with v-shesh, I was responsible for coordinating v-shesh’s training and placement operations in Delhi/NCR by closely working with the location leads. I collaborated closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored talent solutions. In addition, I was part of various teams that worked on research and consulting projects in disability inclusion.

While employed as a Senior Consultant at Cheshire Home, my role involved identifying candidates with disabilities (PwDs), recognizing equal employment opportunities, engaging with clients to comprehend job roles, participating in job fairs to connect with potential candidates, sensitizing employers to diversity and inclusion, and conducting workshops for career guidance.

I worked with IndiGo airlines where my responsibilities included floor walking, managing boarding gates, overseeing ramps, handling reservation counters, coordinating security checks with GMR, and assisting passengers with special needs.
