I have more than 14 years of experience in HR management, with a diploma in education and a diploma in HR management from reputable institutions. I am also a CIPD certified professional, demonstrating my commitment to the highest standards of HR practice and development. My core competencies include HR solutions, people culture, government programs, medical insurance, investigation management, payroll, talent acquisition tenders management, strategic planning, and saudization forecasting. I have successfully handled multiple HR operations tasks from A-Z, including building and developing the HR system and department from scratch, managing commercial agreements, and acting as the HR legal representative and advisor. I am fluent in communication and negotiation, and have a huge professional HR network.
