As the Chief Executive Officer of the Statutory Bodies Association of Malaysia (PBBM) and its group of subsidiaries — Yayasan Amanah Latihan Berkanun (YALB) and PBBM Global Corporation Berhad (PGC) — I lead the strategic direction and transformation of the organisation. My role focuses on strengthening engagement with statutory bodies nationwide, driving good governance, and enhancing the quality and impact of training, membership services, and operational excellence. I oversee the development of new product/services initiatives, including consultancy, expos, and digital platforms, to diversify revenue and expand the Group’s reach. Under my leadership, PBBM is committed to advancing collaboration, innovation, and capacity building across Malaysia’s statutory body ecosystem.

Liaising with the Board of Directors & Exco members. Designing and implementing business operations. Developing and monitoring the Strategic Plan, Business Plan & Marketing Plan for the company. Designing new products & services to cater to market needs through innovation. Conducting market research, studies, and analyzing trends. Setting up the organization, departments & individual KPIs. Establishing policies that promote the company's vision, values & culture. Setting up comprehensive goals for performance & growth. Leading the team to encourage maximum performance & commitment. Exploring new businesses, business models & activities (investments, corporate alliances, joint ventures, etc.). Overseeing the daily operations of the company. Writing and submitting reports to the GM on all matters of importance. Preparing the company budget & forecast. Preparing business proposals. Acting as the spokesperson for the company. Building alliances and partnerships with business partners, institutions, consultants, trainers, etc. Looking to the future for change & business improvement opportunities. Ensuring the implementation of the Corporate Integrity System (CIS) for the company.
