Working in the Human Resource department in different sections provides me to get more specific experiences in each section. However, dealing with many staff it’s good for me to learn more to become a good communicator and be flexible. Employees relations •Working in the reception of the employee's Relations •Learn many types of letters such as End of contract, resignation, Termination, banks, changing the name of job title in the civil affairs, and Saudi commission for health specialist. •Prepare certificates for the employee they worked in the complex for schools. •Update the information for the employees such as phone number, job title etc. in the system of the hospital. Training and administrative development. •Learn about the contract for new employees and should both parties have to agree on the obligations and articles of contract. Termination, End of Contract, Resignation. •Updating the information in Excel for the employee in the hospital who got a scholarship •Exit Interview Personal Affairs •Promotion and advertisement for new job internal of the complex. •I worked on the history of the employee, so I can see how I will promote him/her with the Information of the employee, the job that requires promotion, and the rules of the promotion. •Renewal contract for all types of employees in the hospital such as doctors, nurses, and housekeepers, etc.
