Team Creative develops inhouse and runs the e-learning portal www.champs21.com for imparting English, Math & Science lessons to Bangla & English medium school students. Educational TV Shows: Managed 100 episode of content (script, editing and competition) in two educational reality shows: 68 episodes of Spelling Bee on Channel i and 32 episodes of Bangladesh First on Maasranga TV. Managed ATL, BTL and Digital communication targeting participants for registration phase and viewers for broadcasting phase of the two TV shows. Mobile App Development: Android and iOS Managed the concept creation and app-store release of Android app for viewer round of Spelling Bee and Bangladesh First TV shows. Other released apps include Math Parking, Spellato, Spell It. Website Development: Managing the content and design of Champs21.com, the e-learning portal of Team Creative.

I moved to project managment side after spending three years with acquisiton campaigns with Easy Prepaid/ Smile Pre-paid and Flexiload. Was Deputy Project Manager for Call Block service ( Incoming Call Screening Service) which was launched for subscribers in June 2009. Worked in the project groups for (1) BTRC's ILTDS Policy ( under which ICXs and IGWs came into operation) implementation in GP ; (2) Re-registration Project ( unde which over 6 million mostly pre-paid subscribers subsription forms were to be collected to avoid disconnection as an regulatory imperative & two more ongoing projects the result of which is yet to come out in market.

Managed acquisition campaigns of Smile Pre-paid, the largest pre-paid by subscriber and revenue in Bangladesh. Prepared 2008 Product Roadmap of Consumer Segment. Market launch of Miss Call Alert, Mobile Collect Call, 5 handset bundle campaigns with Nokia and Samsung entry level handsets. Managed Flexiload's (the brandname Electronic recharge system of GP) regulatory compliance, recharge bonus campains.
