Played the leadership role for the band and primarily worked as lead vocalist of the band. Wrote 4 songs for its very first album and worked with the composition team. Arranged shows in several universities and educational institutions. Been affiliated and supervised Chittagong University Band Society - CUBS. Performed in several events in Universities across and inside Chittagong city. Has been selected and performed in mega event in bangladesh like Banglalink Band Fest 2022.

As an intern at RSGT, I worked in a highly international and dynamic port environment, collaborating with professionals from Saudi Arabia, the Netherlands, China, and Lebanon. My role centered around supporting the Commercial and Corporate Communication team in streamlining processes, managing data, and contributing to global logistics operations. Key Contributions: Gained hands-on experience in export-import handling, shipping documentation, and international trade compliance. Communicated with the key stakeholders, customers and worked as the key contact person for resolving issues for the C&F agents. Was responsible for formal reporting of customers issues. Built and maintained a master database of over 500 external stakeholders, consignees, and agents. Designed process flowcharts using MS Visio, Canva, and PowerPoint to visualize internal workflows for internal and external usage, flyer design and workshops as well. Supported the commercial inventory system by preparing requisitions, tracking inventory items, and assisting with quality assurance. Collaborated with MLO operators to format, prepare and manage container handling reports for dayli meetings or board members usage. Assisted in planning and executing 3 corporate events and co-organized 1 internal workshop. This experience deepened my understanding of global business operations and enhanced my skills in cross-cultural communication, managing ongoing customer relation, process optimization, and stakeholder management.

During my internship at BSRM, one of Bangladesh’s leading steel manufacturers, I was actively involved in core Human Resource, Industrial Relations, and Compliance functions. This experience provided me with real-world exposure to HR operations in a large industrial setting. This role helped me bridge academic learning with practical HR applications and strengthened my skills in data handling, process documentation, and team collaboration within a large manufacturing organization. Key Contributions: Assisted in the preparation of training materials, handouts, and presentations for employee development programs. Gained hands-on experience in managing employee data using Excel and the company’s HRIS system; maintained and updated service books. Supported recruitment activities including coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and conducting written tests. Participated in several internal training sessions on Industrial Safety, TPM, and HR Audit processes. Developed familiarity with compliance standards and labor documentation required for industrial operations.
