Claims management and assessment of contractual and legal entitlements of contractors under the Saudi Ministry of Finance’s portfolio of projects amounting to +400 billion riyals, which includes the expansion of the Two Holy Mosques in Makkah and Madinah, international development projects, conference centers, and hotels, inside and outside Saudi Arabia. Providing Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services for stalled government projects that the Council of Ministers refers to the Ministry of Finance for assessment or mediation. Follow up and support contract management teams in implementing “Mashroat” program procedures, complying with the Government Tenders and Procurement Law and related regulations, and provide solid legal reasoning to respond to audit notes issued by the Saudi General Court of Audit ("Diwan Al-Muhasabah").

Monitoring the contractor’s ongoing construction projects and managing and filing claims either to governmental employers, such as the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, the Ministry of Interior, airports management companies and infrastructure facilities companies under Saudi Tenders & Procurement Laws, or to a consortium of multinational companies in the Riyadh Metro infrastructure project under a contract governed by Swiss law. Managing judicial litigations, selecting lawyers and coordinating with them, evaluating their performance, evaluating the contractual and legal entitlements of the contractor and its subsidiaries, preparing statements of claim supported by legal evidence and reasoning, as well as preparing defense statements in response to employers' or subcontractors' claims, and assisting in providing expert opinion when needed.

Planning the bidding and procurement strategy for an industrial facility project with a budget of +870 million riyals, dividing the project packages and setting boundaries among them, managing and preparing tender packages in coordination with the relevant engineering departments and their specialized design consultants, supervising the evaluation of completeness and integration of tender documents (Gate Reviews), and managing the tendering process and prequalification of contractors and equipment manufacturers and managing the process of evaluating their technical and financial offers. Reviewing the employer’s entitlements to cost savings or back-charges of financial remedies to the contractors who caused them, resolving disputes with other parties promptly, review the statements of completed works, terminating contracts with low-performing contractors, and preparing the final project account statement necessary to close out the project and carrying out the necessary amicable settlement of disputes for that purpose.

Reviewing and approving contractors’ invoices and updating project cash flows and schedules for an industrial expansion project worth 400 million riyals that includes silos and warehouses inside the Dammam Seaport, two projects to increase production capacity in Dammam and Al Kharj industrial plants, and a housing complex for employees in Dammam.

Establishing a software company, managing and setting its business plans and budgets, monitoring cash flows. And following up on the plan’s performance using Earned Value Analysis. Setting specifications of the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) products and supervising the design using object-oriented methodology and Multi-Tier Architecture using an MS SQL Server relational database.

Design and development of structural design software for cold-formed steel elements using the United States and Canada design and loading standards: AISI 96, AISI 99, CSA 96, ASCE 7-93, ASCE 7+95 and ASCE 7-98. Development of software for cold formed steel design libraries and loading manuals based on the following United States and Canada standards: AISI 96, AISI 99, AISI 2001, CSA 96, ASCE 7-93, ASCE 7+95, and ASCE 7-98.

Analyzing and studying bids for construction projects and studying the offers of suppliers and sub-contractors from the technical and commercial perspectives.
