• Develop and define the Corporate Performance Management Framework. • Design and set KPIs at Group, Corporate, and divisional levels in alignment with SAMI strategic objectives. •Ensure effective cascading of KPIs across all organizational levels ( Holding and Subsidiaries). • Restructure and enhance corporate performance reports using Power BI. • Collect, validate, and analyze performance data to ensure accuracy and reliability. • Design and develop Corporate Performance executive dashboard utilizing data visualization tools. • Conduct root cause analysis for underperforming KPIs. • Manage external performance-related inquiries and reporting requests. • Establish standardized procedures and processes for corporate performance operations.

• Establishing strategic and operational KPIs and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. • Validating the accuracy of KPI data and supporting documentation. • Calculating KPI achievements based on predefined formulas and approved data. • Developing performance reports, tools, and dashboards. • Building strategy maps • Identifying and analyzing risks associated with KPIs and conducting KPI analysis reports. • Participating in the implementation of Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software. • Analyzing and evaluating change requests related to performance KPIs to support informed decision-making
