Current role is a Sr. Procurement Officer.Purchase all type of goods of Meghna Denims Ltd,Uniglory Washing Ltd,Reflex Packaging Ltd.Meghna Denims have a largest sewing section which have JUKI,Brother,Kansai Speacial,Nagashing,Hashima,IMA,Pocket Setter ,Cad machine and so on.I Procure all sewing finishing section spare parts,electric items and stationary items.Uniglory washing ltd have latest wash machine,laser machine and dryer machine which brand was Tonelo,Jeanologia,Yelmark brand.I procure all type of spare in those brand machine.Reflex Packaging have latest brand of BHS Corroguation machine,BHS FFG machine which was BHS updated model.On Beside I strictly follow up BCAT generator parts and service,Atlascopco air compressure part's and service,ETP work also.As per my experience I Served any type of garments or heavy industry,Packaging Industry's be part of a supply chain department.Current Procurement process is collect price quotations / Pro-forma Invoice & prepare comparative statement (CS) and get necessary approval from concerned persons.Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy. Locate vendors of material, equipment or supplies and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales. Purchase raw materials with maintaining good quality by cost reduction approach. Keep documentation/materials requisition, delivery information and assist the team members on storing and assorting the work orders. Coordinate with Finance/Accounts department for supplier payment in time
