Key projects include: Burwash Landing School – New school construction (construction phase). Whistlebend Elementary School – New school construction (warranty phase). École Whitehorse Elementary – New school construction (design and tender preparation phase). Biofuel Heating System – Renewable energy infrastructure (assessment phase). JV Clark School – Roof replacement (bid evaluation and upcoming construction phase). In these roles, I have overseen budgeting, scheduling, design coordination, procurement, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that each project progresses efficiently through its lifecycle and aligns with the Government of Yukon’s goals for quality, sustainability, and community benefit.

As a Construction Project Manager with Varcon Inc., I managed telecommunication infrastructure and construction projects across Western Canada, often overseeing up to 10 projects simultaneously from planning through completion. Some of the key projects I have worked on/managed are: Monopole Mitigation – Foundation extensions, gusset installations, and bolt replacements. Tower Deficiency Repairs – Structural deficiency assessments and repairs across 200–250 towers. Whitewood Concrete Foundation – Foundation installation and guy wire migration in Whitewood, SK. 4G & 5G Antennas and Mounts – Equipment upgrades and installations across multiple provinces (PEI, NB, NS, and NL). In this role, I was responsible for full project lifecycle management, including coordination of field operations, subcontractors, and safety compliance, ensuring all projects were delivered efficiently, safely, and in alignment with client and regulatory requirements.
