Supply Chain | Logistics and Procurement Department. Lead and manage logistics and customs clearance operations, ensuring full compliance with local and international customs regulations and trade requirements. Oversee end-to-end shipment processes, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to support business and operational needs. Supervise the preparation, review, and submission of all customs documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, and import/export declarations. Coordinate and manage relationships with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics service providers to ensure timely and compliant clearance of goods. Monitor customs and logistics performance, proactively identifying and resolving delays, discrepancies, and compliance issues. Maintain oversight of customs records, reports, and audit documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory readiness. Develop, implement, and enforce logistics and customs clearance procedures, policies, and internal controls. Provide guidance, oversight, and support to internal teams on customs compliance, logistics processes, and best practices. Stay informed of changes in customs laws, trade regulations, and logistics standards, ensuring continuous compliance and operational alignment. Partner with procurement and supply planning teams to align import schedules, inventory planning, and logistics execution.

Supply Chain, Logistics and Procurement Department, • Establish all customs compliance requirements in Saudi Arabia, directs and monitor import/export compliance processes and procedures. • Be the focal point with customs authorities, lead the company responses to queries and audits, ensuring that the most cost-effective and compliant solutions are identified, provide advice to the business on the best course of action. • Diligently monitor entry status, intervene as necessary and respond to information requests. • Conduct monthly customs checks, identify customs risks and prevent and mitigate violations, implementing any corrective and preventative actions. • Keep business informed of any material changes (Customs tariff, procedure or regulations) in customs legislation. • Working closely with the Finance team to ensure import + export payment is accurate and the deferment account is maintained at the correct levels (VAT& Duty management). • Review and standardize Company's use of third-party service providers (e.g., customs brokers, logistics) for improved compliance and cost savings. • Well known of government organization and how to issue required certificate from government website such as Saber and other pre-permit approvals and make a proper plan to adapt the changes. • Any other tasks determined by management. • Responsible for making day to day decisions to support operational activity. • Managing risk exposure. • Efficiency of the import + export customs department. • Speed and effectiveness of query resolution. • Compliance with Customs and AEO processes. • Proactively manage the multiple import clearance teams effectively in a dynamic and challenging environment

Execute Air & Sea & Road Freight Import/Export/Sourcing for all kind of shipments. The purpose of this position is execute Ocean freight & Air freight Import/export operations in an efficient and effective manner as per SOP or supervisor’s instructions to ensure timely and accurate completion of day to day jobs and thereby to support the department to ensure smooth clearance, delivery and declaration of cargo in line with respective process and KPI’s.

Handling all incoterms OBJECTIVES (main duties and responsibilities) Preparation : Get shipping instructions from the client. Send shipping instructions to origin stations as per the customers Service Level reques. Follow up of shipment status with origin stations. Pre-alert of tentative booking to customer. Processing of EDI and Creating of File in system. Checkign of Credit Balance. Shipping advice to customer immediately after processing the EDI. Oversaw return and exchange processes from customer to supplier. Receipt and delivery the envelopes from carriers and data entry into the system. Print financial receipt when the employee is absent via finance system. Exchange / handover the Bill Of Lading to brokers. Execution: Completion of system data entry. Checking of shipments details, terms of payment, terms of delivery, selling / buying rate. Follow up for shipping documents with origin station. Ensure the receipt of shipping documents from origin station and checking correctness of documents. Ensure that all shipments are visible in KN Login by using the correct logical address EDUCATION SKILLS with all necessary commercial documents for customer use. Check special handling requirements. Track of shipment arrival with Shipping Lines. Actual arrival notification to customer (AN). Job Notes – Proper entry and follow up. To Do- Proper entry and follow up. Control: Attend to customer complaints. Preventive and corrective actions. Listen to the concerns and grievances of the customers and provide workable solutions. Coordinate with the carriers and overseas offices in case of service breaks (delays, missing cargo, damages etc) and take appropriate actions to solve the problems. Invoicing & Closing: Invoice customer without delay. Check correctness of invoices from sending office and sub-contractor invoice
