- Supervising and coordinating maintenance activities such as repairs, inspections, and renovations to ensure the facility is safe, functional, and well-maintained. - Developing and managing budgets for facility operations, including expenses for maintenance, repairs, supplies, and equipment. - Implementing security measures to protect the facility. - Optimizing the use of space within the facility by planning layouts, allocating resources, and coordinating moves or reconfigurations as needed. - Serving as a point of contact for facility-related issues and inquiries, and communicating effectively with employees, management, and other stakeholders.

- Supervise daily soft services operations (cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, pest control). - Ensure compliance with FM standards, SLAs, and HSE requirements. - Monitor service quality through inspections and reports. - Manage staff deployment, attendance, and performance. - Coordinate with contractors and internal stakeholders. - Handle client feedback and close observations promptly. - Support training, toolbox talks, and continuous improvement.
