I have over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, including payroll, allowances, and compensation; budget management; administrative and financial affairs manager; quality and development manager; and I hold the title of Financial Expert. I have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and have worked with HR and financial systems, programs, and platforms. I have a proven track record of proactively addressing practical and technical challenges to improve work performance. I have served on numerous committees, including chairing the procurement committee. I have completed several specialized financial courses, including SOCPA fellowship courses. I have also served as Head of the Quality Team, Financial Project Manager, and member of spending efficiency committees. I have completed quality training courses and headed the internal quality audit team. I have experience drafting legal regulations and have worked internationally. I have also volunteered as a Human Resources Consultant and am a member of the Human Resources Association. I believe that effective management is based on financial discipline, linking decisions to quantifiable data and indicators, empowering talent, and placing the right person in the right position. I believe that the success of any organizational unit depends on realistic planning, flexible implementation, and the ability to adapt to unforeseen circumstances without compromising overall objectives.
