Lead and manage Engineering Department Lead the new project/product until mass production running Supervision of Production Department

Lead and manage PT Fluidic’s Manufacturing department that includes Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Production Planning & Inventory Control (“PPIC”) and Continuous Improvement. Plan, determine optimal utilization of manufacturing workers and equipment to meet manufacturing goals and ensure that manufacturing stays on schedule and within budget Coordinate manufacturing with sales, marketing, supply chain and other departments as well as with vendors and shippers Hire, train and evaluate manufacturing workers; monitor workers to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, anomalies and opportunities for improvement, identify and utilize methods to improve process efficiency and effectiveness (waste reduction and Lean methodology) Responsible for transitioning new products from engineering prototypes to mass production. Leading and working with internal Engineering team and external Suppliers for cost reduction, in order to increase competitiveness in our markets. Lead Supply Chain to source and qualify local suppliers for mass production. Responsible for product analysis and reporting to aid Engineering & Field teams to drive battery cell design improvement and support troubleshooting efforts. Summarize operations status and efforts to be presented to upper management

Led the Production section to achieve production target output/control and making the daily/weekly reports for my superiors. Control and drive quality and productivity improvements, through data driven tracking and analysis. Responsible for production processes and worked with process teams for new processes transfers and process improvements for new models/mass production. Transferring product lines between USA and SE Asia, meeting all expectations for factory readiness and production volume ramp.

Responsible for driving quality and productivity improvements and taking necessary action by analyzing the various activities involved and implementing actions to optimize. Set-up new production lines at PT. Fluidic Energy Indonesia, Bogor.

Control and manage quality activities for new model transition into mass production. Responsible for Quality improvement planning and execution. Conduct Internal Management System audits as per ISO 9001; ISO 14001 and ISO 13485 standards.

Led SMT group to achieve team output and achieve Daily Going Rate (DGR). Responsible for daily machine performance improvement. Analyzing various machine problems and implementing the necessary corrective actions
