Responsibilities of (Electrical head): • Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site. • Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution. • Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options for approval prior to execution at site. • Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs. • Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the electrical work groups at site. • Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works. •international standards. • Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards. • Directly responsible for the safety of all electrical groups’ personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety and environmental standards. • To follow up the progress of the mechanical works related to pipelines and valves • Manage the progress of the approvals concerning the material and installation of the pipelines and all related equipment. Responsibilities of (Procurement manager) : • Identification of all requirements in requisition for purchase issued by Design Department • Maintain the BOQ with updates from suppliers until after awarding the contract. • Receiving the price quotations. (competitive quotes) • Prepare schedule of comparison • Reiterate with designers and suppliers for finalization of quantity and quality • Establish delivery terms, time and stages of inspection for the supply with Project Management Team

Responsible for hierarchical management of operator teams of the LV & MV workshops to meet agreed production targets in terms of productivity, delivery time, quality standards and cost. Responsibilities: Manages, develops and motivates workshop team (100 techneciens) to ensure the achievement of production target within the planned deadline & according to quality standard. Manages W/S capacity to cope with the planned load needs. Monitors lines performance to ensure that working schedules are met. Proposes training to workshop team to insure their capability of carrying out their function in line with quality standards and safety measures. Keep up to date documents received from other departments (technical guide, work instructions, quality procedures and catalogues) making them available to the team and ensure they have a thorough understanding of its contents. Ensure the respect of "ISO Quality Standard" in workshop. Ensures assembly process optimization according to SPS in coordination with Lean & industrial methods to improve productivity with optimized cost. Ensures the implementation of safety regulations, occupational health & 5S to keep the team & equipment in safety conditions. Contribute in preparing consolidate REU monthly reports.

Offer Creation & Technology Management Department) Responsibilities: Participating in the electro-mechanical design & development of new local and global equipment and solutions in accordance with the global market needs and local marketing team and according to Schneider Offer Creation Process (OCP) Maintain and carry-out the product evolution process, by running: product modification cost reduction and technical optimization for different LV and MV equipment ranges to maintain offer competitiveness. Performing technical file management and product evolution and enhancement for MV & LV equipment and solutions in order to promptly respond to all requirements of the market and operations. Share in the responsibility for product technical file transfer from the development party to REU's and partners including technical support. Providing technical support to the operations functions (REU, RCC & RSC) to detect, trouble-shoot and solve technical problems related to the managed offer range to optimize industrial cycle and improve lead time. As well as increase offer effectiveness (cost, quality and lead time). Maintain an up-to-date strong knowledge in international norms & standards. Providing support in SAP system to the Regional Equipment Unit (REU). Participating in Type Tests for the MV & LV Equipments. Performing designs using 3D modeling software packages (Inventor).
