Procurement Raw Material in tyre manufacture, and make negotiation with our suplier, for taking the good price. And control stock inventory in our warehouse, after that I must make sure delivery material suitable with our schedule. Meeting with all of our suplier about the price, sharing knowledge and new technology about new material. Do the evaluation to all of suplier, like audit and evaluation accuracy delivery material based on ETA scheduled.

1. Forecasting levels of demand for services and products to meet the business needs and keeping a constant check on stock levels; 2. Conducting research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality; 3. Liaising between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers; 4. Identifying potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers, and building and maintaining good relationships with them 4. Negotiating and agreeing contracts and monitoring their progress, checking the quality of service provided; 5. Keeping contract files and using them as reference for the future; 6. Forecasting price trends and their impact on future activities; 7. Developing an organisation's purchasing strategy; 8. Training and supervising the work of other members of staff.

Responsible about achievement productivity based on plan PPIC and Requirement our customer, and customer OEM, after that make sure production process same with our prosedur, like working instruction and looking standard. Control quality all product from raw material, semimanufacturing, tyrebuilding, curing and finishing based on specification from technical spec. Make sure All operator keep safety when operating machine, under me there is 980 persons in one shift.

I am a Quality Control section head at tyre manufacturing, my responsible to make sure all of our quality product is good, with take random sampling from raw material, production line until finish good warehouse with checksheet. Beside that I must guarantee all of procedure in tyre process suitable with ISO 9001, and ISOTS 16949 like implementation of SPC, MSA, APQP and FMEA. and I have certicificate for ISO 9001, ISOTS 16949 and ISO 14001.
