Over 15 years, I've negotiated contracts, built procurement systems, and managed supplier relationships across some of the Arab world's most recognized organizations; MBC Group, ELIE SAAB, and Azadea. From broadcast studios and productions (scripted and unscripted) to luxury fashion and large-scale retail, I've learned that the gap between a good deal and a great one almost always comes down to process. Today I apply that experience as a Procurement & Business Consultant, helping media companies, production studios, agencies, and growing businesses in MENA source smarter, structure better vendor relationships, and build procurement frameworks that save money without slowing operations down. What I bring to the table: A rare cross-sector background spanning broadcast media, film, luxury retail, and ecommerce; combined with on-the-ground knowledge of the KSA, UAE, and Lebanese supplier markets. I've managed high-value RFPs, complex negotiations, and full supply chain operations in environments where margins are tight and timelines are tighter. Core expertise: strategic procurement, vendor management, RFP design and management, negotiation, operations management, business development, and retail supply chain. Beyond the corporate world: I'm the founder of SAFICCO, a small holding company in Lebanon operating across events and festivals management, procurement services, ecommerce, dropshipping, logistics, pet products, and local produce. Building and running multiple business lines has given me a practical founder's lens that complements the corporate discipline; I understand both sides of a negotiation table. I hold an MBA in Business Administration from Notre Dame University, Lebanon, and a Master of Science in International Business from KEDGE Business School, Bordeaux. I am also a UAE Golden Visa holder, operating across the GCC and Lebanon. Outside of work, I served as President of Green Hill Club Mağdoûché and led its Festivals Committee for over four years, and was an active Rotaract member; experiences that shaped how I think about community, leadership, and long-term impact.
