* Buying and selling foreign currencies from walking customers On a regular basis and from other exchange houses or Financial institutions whenever the situation demands. * Monitor rate on the website or available online tool and * forecast currency rate to avoid possible losses and ensure * maximum Profit. * Attend telephone calls and give currency rate / information as * required by the customers . * Other duties assigned from time to time by the operations * department.

*  Preparing and reporting cash flow projections. *  Analyzing receivable and payable accounts. *  Preparing monthly reconciliation. *  Preparing monthly-consolidated project reports. *  Preparing periodic and year-end financial statements. *  Monthly sales reports using Excel program sheets

* Responsible for total branch performance in accordance with company policy and procedures. * Create and execute the branch business plan. * Ensure branch profitability and manage and develop branch personnel. * Plan, implement, and manages areas of responsibility to facilitate continuous improvement and personal growth while supporting company goals, missions, and vision. * Provide sound leadership for the branch. * Maintain contact and friendly relationships with customers , * building a favorable company image. Resolve problems and * complaints as they arise. * Continuously update product knowledge. Stay informed and educated as to product inventory and applicability. Understand product applications and help customers in their selections. * Be willing, able, and capable of performing any branch job function as needed. * Ensures the safety of all employees, seeing that safety rules are followed, hazardous conditions are corrected, and equipment and vehicles are properly maintained.
