Ensures compliance with requirements for environmental, health and safety requirements in project activities, including government and authority permits. 7. Supports the Operation and Technical Director to plan and implement company strategy and plans related to Operation and Manufacturing.

a. Leads and coordinates various engineering function within the Project (LDPE plant project), a hundreds millions dollar project. b. Facilitates communication among owner, Licensor, FEED/EPC contractor and engineers, ensuring engineering design quality, specifications, budgets, and deadlines are clearly communicated and understood. c. Ensuring projects comply with specifications, timelines, and budgets. d. Reviews/approve engineering design work from FEED/ EPC contractor for technical accuracy. e. Establishes, implements, and maintains administrative policies, procedures, and standards. f. Support in negotiates contracts with FEED/EPC contractor including contractor/ vendors. g. Manage and control engineering design work for all disciplines especially the interface among disciplines. h. Cooperate/ communicate with other part of the project for interfacing point to reduce the inconsistency/ rework. i. Resources management to serve project work smoothly.

Focus on asset optimization to improve current plant load and variable cost post major project execution. The role is in operation department for plant/ asset optimization.

Project Engineering Manager in PT. INEOS Aromatics Indonesia. My key accountabilities are: To hold accountability for all engineering activities on the project. To set and maintain the project scope and drive stakeholder understanding in the design and scope of work, the process flows and main areas of risk including but not limited to new or immature technology. I am part of the Project Management Team. A US $66mil revamp project to position the site as the most competitive PTA producer in Indonesia, allowing it to capture a disproportionate share of the growing domestic PTA demand. Involved in managing a multi-national multi-disciplined Project team. Coordinate with the Plant Management, Operations, Maintenance and HSE. Managing and coordinating a Project Engineering team and provide engineering support for onsite construction team. Advising and mentoring Engineers for the Cakra Donya Project. Works include Process, Process Safety, Mechanical (including turbomachinery), Piping, Instrument, Electrical, and Civil engineering. Continue the work up to pre-com and commissioning support including troubleshooting during commissioning. The engineering work consisted of a Titanium lined Reactor, Agitator (Vendor Ekato), a Titanium Overhead Kettle type Condenser, Various Titanium, Stainless Steel and Carbon Steel vessels, pumps and piping. A new 10 story Structure, revamp and upgrade of the steam turbine and Expander (Vendor - Siemens Germany) and associated E&I works. Review engineering work and release the IFC (Issued for construction) drawing. Involved heavily in material procurement, including support the bidding decision making process through technical bid evaluation.

My key accountabilities as Engineering Manager of the Project are: 1. To hold accountability for all engineering activities on the project. To set and maintain the project scope and drive stakeholder understanding in the design and scope of work, the process flows and main areas of risk including but not limited to new or immature technology. 2. Engaging in the development of the Statement of Requirements (SoR), Basis of Design (BoD), Quality Management Plan (QMP) and Front End Engineering Design (FEED) package. 3. Endorsing the technical justification in support of the recommended scope, award of major contracts and purchase orders. 4. Establishing and maintain alignment with an approved network of suitably qualified Technical Authorities (TAs) / subject matter Experts (SME's). 5. Ensure that engineering deliverables and operations data handover requirements are fully aligned with construction and commissioning. 6. Ensure that Group and Petrochemical requirements for process safety management (PSM) have been strictly applied and that major safety studies such as Major Accident Risk (MAR)/ Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA), HAZOPS, HAZIDS, SIL assessments and Project HSSE Reviews (PHSSERs), etc. are appropriately scheduled and incorporated into the design and that all aspects of management of change (MoC) are controlled and documented.

Safety Contribute and recommend the implementation of EHS management including risk assessment & process safety (lead HAZOP and LOPA, and coordinate other process safety evaluation) in order to be safer and environmental friendly working place. b. Development Identification Manage the identification and availability of needs improvement or development that aims to profit improvement as well as changes in technology in order to Improve plant performance by variable cost reduction, production efficiency, and EHS compliance c. Plant troubleshooting Manage and partners with all plant, particularly Plant Operations, EHS and other department personnel, in providing technical assistance to effectively and efficiently solving problems d. Subordinate Development Supervises and develop sub-ordinate within their scope: set targets and work objectives, monitor achievement, support and motivate, as well as identify and propose competency development needs in order to improve sub-ordinate productivity and quality of ethical behavior e. Project Management Implement project management requirements and comply with CVP process and the spirit of BP PcP in order to deliver safe, compliant, reliable projects and meet project objectives (involved in feasibility study until commissioning & operation). f. Process Engineering Budgeting Prepare Process Engineering Section annual budgeting and support capex preparation within process engineering scope in order to Support achievement of company yearly business targets.

Main task: Improvement project (involved in feasibility study until commissioning & operation), plant daily monitoring, optimization and trouble shooting, and involved in HSE study and risk assessment.

Internship in LNG plant. Doing a Preliminary study of Amine Hydraulic Turbine in CO2 absorber.
