Assigned at Technical Services Department in processing section for Acid Iron Metal (AIM) Project which are operated by PT Merdeka Tsingshan Indonesia (MTI) Rotated across four production plants within AIM Project which are Concentrator (Pyrite Plant), Acid Plant, Chlorination roasting and base metal recovery plant (Chloride Plant), and Copper Cathode Plant to learn each general process, PFD, and P&ID to understand process concept and parameters to be maintained Supported plant engineers with daily operations, troubleshooting, and process trials in each respective plant and facilitated effective cross-functional communications to ensure operational continuity Specific tasks per plant: 1. Pyrite Plant (Feb 2024 – May 2024): - Developed reagent consumption template and conducted weekly & monthly stock take - Conducted metallurgical laboratory test works and plant trial plan to optimize critical parameters 2. Acid Plant (June 2024 – Nov 2024): - Developed assay template to improve data retrieval - Took part in cooling water quality assessment and catalyst loading - Operational risk assessment mapping - Participated in ISO 9001 audit preparation and documentation 3. Chloride Plant (Dec 2024 – Mar 2025): - Developed Chloride Plant internal database - Conducted metallurgical laboratory test works to optimize parameters - Participated in Chlorine Gas Detector Calibration to prevent workers of the area to be in contact with the harmful Cl2 gas 4. Copper Cathode Plant (Apr 2025 – Jan 2026): - Reviewed process risk assessment in electrolysis & precious metal refinery workshop - Developed internal production database and conducted production reconciliation for electrolysis & precious metal refinery workshop - Conducted process training for a total of 35 field operators

- Learned about material balance and overall process of producing dore bullion from electrum gold ore - Researched and designed a document of the solution on how to reduce impurities in dore bullion by optimizing the Merrill-Crowe process
