Al - Basheer Hospital - New Emergency Buildings Project Amman - Jordan 2018 Funded by USAID Primary Responsibilities: • Develop and execute the operations projects with multiple project engineers and managers within the region including engineering, procurement, EPCM, owner’s team, and external construction management consultants (Dar al Omran ). • Responsible for project functions included but not limited to Project Management, Site Management, Project Control Management, Engineering Management, Procurement, Construction Management, etc. are all coordinated and properly staffed to meet the project(s) goals. • Ensure accurate and timely reporting standards are maintained throughout the project. • Establish the working relationship with operations management needed to facilitate the coordination and execution of project work, such that the operational impact is minimized. • Ensure safety and QA/QC programs are established by all parties and maintained and conduct reviews of detailed design drawing and specifications. • Monitor engineering progress against budget and forecasted schedule. • Participate in and lead risk assessments and actively manage the risks of the projects and the business. • Prepare project estimates, budget, schedules and execution plans. • Maintain effective and on-going communications with construction and contractor management teams • Assist with project QA/QC and commissioning systems and documentation. • Perform other project engineering and project management related duties.

Project Name: Qatar Airways Tower – Amman / Jordan Tasks • Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects • Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications • Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field • Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status • Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support • Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions

•Project name: Saint Regis Hotel                             Hotel and Branded Apartments Towers – Amman/Jordan Attend all necessary inspections as identified in the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) • Inspect the production quality to establish if the client requirements are being achieved • Perform a variety of inspection functions under supervision • Record and document any and all deviations from the Project Quality Program • Coordinate with the client representatives to ensure that inspections are carried out expediently • Generate client Requests For Inspection (RFI) where required providing sufficient notice for Hold, Witness and Inspection points • Carry out inspections on Exception Items (EI) as documented in the internal system and sign off a closed when activity is complete • Continually carry out surveillance inspections on the project recording and documenting any and all deviations from the Project Quality Program • Review the calibration status of any test equipment being utilized on the project ensuring the equipment is within calibration prior to use • Provide support and advice to the construction personnel in relation to the Project Quality • Maintain good record keeping of activities carried out and inspection reports and surveillance reports.

Site Engineer American Community School ACS – Amman Auditorium & Natatorium Project - Participating in office electrical works such as shop drawings, technical submittals and follow up approvals, procurement of material, work schedules and updates. - Executing site activities and handing over of works to supervision consultant.
