- Supervise warehouse workforce and manage material in warehouse/yard floor operations, ensuring minimum handling errors/damages, stock accuracy, and compliance with the company’s / customer’s procedures - Designed Material Tracker system by using Sharepoint for easier tracking, monitoring and controling receive and delivery materials. -Accountable for material receiving, checking, location-allocation, Inventory checks, issuing, preservation & general housekeeping -Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to the schedule. (load, pack, secure, deliver) -Perform routine location checks, storage & preservation requirements, and maintain quality standards. -Report any discrepancies to the supervisor during receiving and issuing. Communicate and cooperate with co-workers -Accomplishes warehouse operations objectives such as coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees when required; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job contributions. -Communicate & provide reports such as daily, weekly activity reports, etc. to the supervisors as and when required in a timely and accurate manner. -Ensure the subordinates are fully complying with QHSES, Ethics, and Compliance procedures. -Responsible to supervise the operation of the Project Warehouse section and ensure that the operation is conducted safely and productively. -Manage effective coordination and communication with the Project team and other departments. -Cascading the information and/or order from the Department Head to the subordinates and ensuring that they will understand the information and execute the order well.

Demonstrate a commitment to HSE by ensuring that no safety problem is ignored and high standard of safe working practice, quality and productivity as well as compliance with the code of business conducts. Responsible for ensuring all incoming, checking-of and issuance materials to production are in on time manner, and manage its transactions and control from the points of receipt, storage, reservation, issued, up to reconciliation stage are diligently recorded and accountable. Plan the material storage and heavy equipment preparation for material handling. Coordinate with other stakeholders (QC, PMT, Production Engineers, Shops, Rigging, Client) to supporting smooth project process. And as a vocal point of warehouse for respective project, I actively make a day to day coordination, attending the meeting, developing solutions to address gaps, join inspection arrangement, following up on time all the outstanding item, etc. Actively give a progress report during regular internal warehouse operation meeting, as well as to give input of define continuous improvement and maintain warehouse processes.

Responsible to design the production processes and capacity mapping for each project. Creating implementing processes improvements and technological upgrades that maximize efficiency and reduce waste by adopting a lean system. Ensuring all process follow the Lean concept and rules. Re-layout the line and optimizing the space.
