- Planning of electro-technicians tasks for daily factory maintenance - Field support to technicians during breakdown - Quality systems implementation such as BS 7671 as wiring standard - Preventive maintenance on textile machinery planning - Recruitment of technicians and engineers - Identify and implement training plans to maintenance personnel - Carry out appraisal and assessments of subordinates

➢ PLC programming, SCADA design and control panel implementation. ➢ Troubleshooting of different machines and systems such as automatic color and chemical dispenser, dyeing machines, dryers, digital printers, engraving machines, Laser guided vehicles and stenters (electrical, electronic or mechanical). ➢ Liaising with machine suppliers for spare parts purchase. ➢ Liaising with machine suppliers for troubleshooting recommendations during breakdown. ➢ Critical spare parts inventory management. ➢ Prepare and coordinate preventive maintenance procedures, tasks and schedules for automated systems. ➢ Automation projects implementation including feasibility studies, design, cost analysis, project management, testing and commissioning. ➢ Carrying out internal audit to ensure optimum use of automated solutions. ➢ Monitoring of energy systems and maximizing heat recovery in processes.

The automatic control of pumps and valves for filtration system, pumping stations, water treatment plant and sludge dewatering system was being implemented. The tasks include:  The use of Computer Aided Design (CAD) software to draw panels, parts for assembly, wiring diagrams and output diagrams.  Building and wiring panels.  Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) programming for OMRON and ABBs PLCs.  Testing of automation components such as HMI, PSU and solenoids).

Assisting the engineers in their daily tasks. These include:  Inspecting aircrafts for damaged parts in the cabin.  Preparing reports concerning aircraft safety, air worthiness and air directives according to the law.  Assisting engineers in ordering parts for damaged parts.
