Responsible for managing Human Resources, General Affairs, Legal, and serving as the Person in Charge for IT. Key responsibilities include: Human Resources (HR): Oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, employee benefits, and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations. Support employee development and maintain a positive workplace culture. General Affairs (GA): Manage office administration, asset and facility management, company vehicles, vendor coordination, procurement of office supplies, travel arrangements, and event organization. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and cost efficiency through effective vendor negotiation and resource management. Legal: Handle corporate legal documentation, licenses, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide legal support to management to ensure the company’s operations align with Indonesian laws. IT PIC: Act as coordinator for IT-related matters, including hardware/software management, IT troubleshooting, and coordination with HQ Japan for system integration and cybersecurity policies.

Provide consultancy services for Halal certification, regulatory compliance, and business licensing. Assist clients in navigating Indonesian regulations, including Halal Supervisor support, BPOM product registration, and OSS-based licensing. Focus on ensuring smooth certification processes, accelerating product entry to market, and helping businesses maintain full compliance.

Handled comprehensive legal and general affairs matters, including drafting and processing corporate legal documents (Deed of Establishment, Deed of Amendment, and other corporate licenses). Experienced in OSS system for company licensing, halal certification, BPOM registration for food & beverage products, and medical device certification. Successfully supported clients in ensuring compliance, accelerating licensing processes, and expanding their market access.
