Responsible for the overall direction, construction, completion of the Ship Canal Water Quality – Storage Tunnel Project with overall responsibility for safety, quality, and budget of the Project.

The “Red Line North Underground”, together with a further 3 metro lines, forms part of the project to build the new infrastructural mobility system promoted by Qatar under the scope of the National Development Plan for 2030 (the “Qatar National Vision 2030”). The project involves the excavation of two parallel tunnels, one in each direction, approximately 11.6 km long with an internal diameter of approximately 6.17 m and 7 underground stations. Construction Manager for all the Station's civil and MEP works: Planning/monitoring and leading the activities for the construction of 7 stations, 3 emergency exits and 4 underpasses. Responsible for all the Station Managers and Site Engineers taking care of all the technical issues related to the construction activities (Ananlysis of Method Statements, drawings, working procedures, construction materials). Interface with the PMC construction Manager and Director on site and during the technical/construction meetings, including quality focus meetings and safety assessments. Attendance to Technical, Construction and Progress meetings; preparation of technical and production reports, monitoring of the site progress.

Head - Assistance to Construction Manager and Senior Tunnel Engineer for TBM excavation control and management, consumable materials, repairing works, personnel and resources planning. Assistance to Construction Manager for CPL (Corrosion Protection Lining) works,planning and technical assistance on site.

Rehabilitation of National Road N14 between Montepuez and Ruaça River in Cabo Delgado Province, Mozambique (137 km) Assistant Production Manager for civil works section: construction of box culverts and bridges. Deputy for Civil Works management: Coordinating between the various section (civil works, earth moving, quarries, laboratory, workshop and warehouse)

Engineering Services – Tenders and Claims Issuing all technical and administrative documents needed for tenders;Bids study and cost analysis;Issuing Work Program; Project Risk Assessment; Issuing of claims and explanation to the Companies requiring the service; Claims management, from both legal and engineering point of view.
