Responsible for the Petrobrás branch in Houston. Defining work instructions and guidelines, conducting commercial visits to specific clients, developing tools to increase productivity and quality in maritime and air operational processes. Operational strategies with ship owners and overseas offices. Issuance of reports and key performance indicators to support management team and directors.
