About

Over the past 15 years I have lead some challenging and interesting turnarounds in complex regulated industries. I have designed investment programs for both private and Fortune 500 companies, rebuilt organizations from the ground up, and guided companies through acquisitions and strategic exits. I have walked into situations where the product strategy, regulatory compliance, and financial viability were all broken simultaneously—and created conditions for successful outcomes. What I have learned matters as much as what I have fixed: the people in these organizations almost always know what is wrong, and often see ways to address the issues. The job of a leader is to listen, create clarity, remove barriers, and ultimately provide a vision of the future that they can believe in. I am genuinely interested in regulated, complex businesses—there is something satisfying about solving problems where the technical, regulatory, as well as business challenges are real. Aerospace has my heart, but I am open to transformation work across any industry with that complexity. And I’m always interested in connecting with people working on compelling challenges!
