I went to culinary school in my birthplace, Dijon France. After working around my country for ten years in small restaurants, I was lucky enough to find a position as Chef de partie in one of the biggest hotel in Paris. I then transferred to San Diego with the same company and started working as Chef de cuisine at L'escale restaurant for Le Meridien Hotels. When Marriott company took over, they let go all the French chefs and I was fortunate to find an opening at the Loews Coronado Bay Resort . I became the Executive chef for the resort overseeing multiple outlets and two awards winning restaurants. For the next ten years I have run my own food business at the beach while watching my kids grow up. I am now working for Costco Wholesale.
