I started my first company at 24. Today, I lead and build scalable service businesses with a strong focus on execution, people and long-term value creation. I’m the Founder & CEO of Purplee, where I’ve grown a €1M+ operation supported by a team of 20+ professionals across multiple functions. Along the way, I’ve also become a partner in the construction and real estate renovation sector, expanding my experience beyond a single industry. My work revolves around one core belief: great service companies are built through professionalized operations, strong culture and leaders who are close to reality, not spreadsheets alone. I’m deeply hands-on when it matters and highly strategic where it counts. I care about performance, accountability and building environments where people are challenged to grow fast. Technology plays a central role in everything I do. Not as a trend, but as a practical tool to improve efficiency, decision-making and customer experience.
