Responsible for all the employers from the front desk (recepcionists, bellboys, reservations agents and operators). Responsible for the hotel on the weekends on duty (restaurant included). Responsible for working ranges. Preparation of meetings an training for the whole team, improvement of quality results developing action plans. Advice to General Manager and account executives in administrative roles. .
