Since 2002 I have being working as web programmer, most of that time using PHP as main language including also: HTML, JQuery, JavaScript, MySQL, Smarty, PERL, etc... Over 10 years as developer allied with all business experience acquired in current company, I was invited to Technical Support area and that has being my actual position. Now, working as Tech Support Manager, I have the duty to ensuring that all customers issues are properly solved, responsible for formal root cause analysis reporting, bug fix, evaluate in a test case environment, providing feedback on quality and suggestions for implementation and also contributing significantly to the successful growth of the company. Planing to improve my ability as Tech Support Manager, few certifications are schedule to happened such as ITIL® Foundation, HDI-SCM and more.
